CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The information you provide to us will not be shared with others and will only be accessible to those associated with us. You can request the deletion of your information at any time. By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your information to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication with you via email to provide the service you expect from us.


SECURE PAYMENT

Who Can Shop Online?
To shop online with us, you must be at least 15 years old. If you are under 15, a legal guardian must place the order for you. To make purchases on credit, you must be over 18 years old.

Safe Shopping
We aim to provide the highest level of security for online sales, personal data handling, and payment processing. Our operations comply with the requirements for safe online shopping set by Norwegian authorities through Distansehandel Norge.

Payment
Your order amount will be charged when your package is shipped.

VAT of 25% is included in all prices. No additional fees beyond the total amount displayed at checkout will apply.

All our prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK).


DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery Time
Most items listed in the online store are in stock. Orders are typically packed and shipped on the first business day after we receive your order. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping and Fees
All shipments are handled by Postnord.

If we cannot deliver your entire order, we will contact you before shipping.

Uncollected Packages
The pickup deadline for packages is two weeks. If not collected within this time, the package is automatically returned to us. You will receive a note in our customer registry, preventing you from placing new orders. To remove this block, you must contact us.

Once your item is ordered, you will first receive a pickup notification from Bring. If you do not collect the item, you will receive a reminder. If you still do not pick up the item after the reminder, we will charge you for the costs incurred, including postage, COD fees, return shipping, and additional handling.


Return of Goods - Right of Withdrawal
Except for special orders, you have a 14-day withdrawal period for items purchased in our online store. You are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal. If you have received the wrong item or a defective item, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Special-order items such as trailers, motorcycles, trailer parts, and items not in stock cannot be returned. Please do not send return items with cash on delivery (COD); these will not be collected.


Complaint Deadlines

  1. Delivery Errors
    If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered product, contact us via email or phone. You should reach out as soon as possible and no later than one month after delivery.

After receiving your complaint, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  1. Faults During the Warranty Period
    We guarantee that the items you ordered are free from manufacturing defects for one year or during the product's warranty period (from delivery). If a fault arises within the warranty period, contact us via email or phone. Customer service will provide further instructions on how to proceed with your claim.

  2. Complaints
    Notification of defects must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the issue. The right to complain about a product ceases under all circumstances after three years.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the guidelines provided by the Norwegian Consumer Council for complaint cases.
